Honor Coffee Co was built on a stubborn belief — that the cup in your hand should mean something, and the person handing it to you even more. We're a small East Texas coffee company with two homes: a drive thru in Winnsboro and a cafe in Quitman.

Every signature latte is built with syrups made in our shops. No shortcuts. Just real ingredients, simmered slow, the way they should be.
The Towns
Winnsboro and Quitman aren't stops on a map — they're our neighbors, our regulars, our reason. Small towns deserve great coffee too.
